Ingredients:

- Turkey and Cranberry Roll-ups (inspired by this recipe)

Decadent Wine Pairings:

Turkey & Cranberry Roll-Ups with Beajolais
Beajolais is a french wine that is typically light-bodied and fruity, which is why its known to be a perfect wine for Thanksgiving. The turkey and cranberry in these cranberry roll-ups will pair perfectly with this wine.
Vegetables & Guacamole with Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon blanc is know to have great acidity and herbal flavors, which makes it a great match for these peppers and this delicious, creamy guacamole.
Wings & Blue Cheese with Dry Riesling
Spicy wings can be tricky for pairings, but not for Riesling. Riesling is known to be zesty, aromatic, and very acidic, which is why it typically goes perfectly with spicier foods like wings.
Nuts & Pretzels with Prosecco
I love to pair bubbly with salty foods, which is why pairing these salty nuts and pretzels with some prosecco is never a bad idea. Prosecco is extremely versatile and will pair quite well with most of the foods on this charcuterie board.
