How To Build A Harvest Charcuterie Board

Preparing for some Fall gatherings and Friendsgivings this year? This harvest charcuterie board is perfect for fall entertaining. I love this one because it includes both sweet and salty snacks, which makes it the perfect board for grazing all night. This will be a surefire hit for everyone, including those picky eaters on your guest list.

Ingredient List:

  • Red and orange bell peppers (sliced into strips)
  • Hummus
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Apple (sliced)
  • Nutter Butters
  • Pumpkin spice pretzels
  • Pecan halves
  • Salami
  • Brie cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mimolette cheese (cut into cubes and keep rind)
  • Fig jam
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Raincoast crisps
  • Terra Sweets & Beets Chips

Build the board:

Step 1:

Place ramekins in the middle of the tray.

Step 2:

Add brie and mimolette cheeses

Step 3:

Add sweets and beets chips and cut up peppers.

Step 4:

Add Raincoast crisps and Nutter Butters around the edges

Step 5:

Fill in remaining space with: Salami, pretzels, apple, yogurt covered pretzels, and pecan halves. Fill bowls with hummus and pomegranate seeds.

Step 6:

Use leaf cookie cutter to cut a shape outside the center of the brie. Leave the center in place but push down to create space and fill in with fig jam. Also, use leaf cookie cutter to cut out cheddar cheese shape and place on hummus.
