I’m a huge fan of salads and am always mixing together new ingredients to find something I like. This Prosciutto di Parma and Blueberry salad is absolutely delicious and so easy to pull together. It includes some of my favorite ingredients including macadamia nuts, goat cheese, blueberries, and prosciutto. And the perfect wine to complement this tasty salad? I highly recommend the Ferry Lacombe Mira Rosé – well-balanced and fresh on the palate. Read on for recipe and wine details!
In honor of National Ice Cream day, I’m switching up my usual wine of the week pairings with a sweet dessert pairing: Sparkling rosé and Haagen Daas vanilla ice cream. These sweet ice cream treats are not only tasty, but they’re adorable too. These “adult floats” can be a great party dessert for bridal showers, birthday parties, or anniversaries!
I recently had the chance to partake in an interview exchange with Eleonora Galimberti from Enozioni, who is an inspiring influencer and entrepreneur in the wine and food industry. She is based in Milan, Italy and shares her wine knowledge to the world through her website, Enogallery, and Instagram @enozioni. Hope you enjoy reading her wine journey and inspiring story as much as I did!
As many of you know, I recently got engaged! The party that my family threw for us was simply beautiful so I have to share a few photos from the special day. Growing up, my mom went above and beyond to make every event special. The little details are really what make events at home memorable. The Spring-inspired theme for this party included fresh pink and white flowers, balloons, and last but not least, plenty of sparkling wine.
